WHEN WILL I BE CONTACTED ABOUT MY FRESH HARVEST SHARE MEMBERSHIP?
After you sign up, you'll receive an email confirming your registration on our waitlist. Once a spot is available in our weekly FHS, we will invite you via email to place your subscription.
CAN I SKIP MY NEXT DELIVERY?
We understand that flexibility is important to our members. Each member can skip up to 8 weeks in total in one calendar year, after which your spot in the Fresh Harvest Share would be given to someone on the waiting list.
To skip your order, first log into your account, click on Manage Subscriptions, choose the "Upcoming Orders" and click the "Skip this order" button. Please do so before midnight Sunday in order to pause the following Tuesday's delivery.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You can do so by visiting your Manage Subscriptions page, select the active subscription to cancel and select the "Cancel subscription" button at the bottom.
If you cancel after midnight on Sunday, the following Tuesday's Fresh Harvest Share will still be delivered to you. If you do not want to receive that order, we will donate it to a local charity.
When you cancel your subscription, your spot in the Fresh Harvest Share would be given to someone on the waiting list. You have the option of rejoining the waiting list in the future.
CAN I SUBSTITUTE ITEMS?
Unfortunately being a small farm, we are unable to customize the weekly share. We do ask for all customers to notify us of any allergies. We hope the add-on options will help you obtain the freshest ingredients you hope to use.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT IS IN MY Fresh Harvest Share?
Each Friday we update the section on our online shop called This Week's Share, which tells you what's coming in your upcoming Tuesday's share. This should also give you time to order off our Add-on's collection, which is also updated weekly, if you need something else delivered to you on Tuesday.
WHAT TIME OF DAY SHOULD I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?
We generally deliver between the hours of 9:30 am and 2:00 pm. Please make sure someone is available to receive your FHS and return last week's crate during that time frame.
ARE ALL THE PRODUCTS FROM YOUR FARM?
Yes, all of the items we sell are grown at our farm in Guyana. From time to time, you may receive sauces and salad dressings made by us. Some ingredients in our sauces, such as olive oil, will be imported.
CAN I VISIT YOUR FARM?
We are currently following COVID safety protocols and have postponed all non-essential farm visits. In the future, we plan to host our Fresh Harvest Share members on our farm.
