We are excited to introduce you to the amazing treat that is Happy Hens free range eggs! Since eating eggs from Happy Hens, we have hounded our friends who own the farm (also on the highway) to offer their eggs to Fresh Harvest Share. This is now finally possible. The eggs are laid by happy, healthy hens that are free to roam and forage, resulting in rich and flavorful yolks with a deep, golden color.
The hens are kept at 400 per hectare, which is 3x the space required for free range practice.
